ACCIT staff work on the following:

• Choose appropriate processes within the project management process groups, which are needed to achieve the objectives of the project.
• Use methodologies with how to adapt the product specifications and plans to meet the requirements of the project.
• Comply with the requirements to meet the needs of stakeholders and their demands and expectations.

Those standards record the information required to start, plan, implement, follow-up, control and finish a specific project. All these information determine the project management processes as good practices in most projects in most of the time. These operations are applied universally to all industry groups.

PMP "Project management professional" In addition to the application of "MS project” to the work schedule for the implementation of the project processes

This Methodology describes the nature of the project management process in terms of integration between processes, its implicit interactions and the objectives they serve.
